Our home is 99% EIFSed

Thanks to DeAnna's drive and ambition, our house is almost completly EIFSed with one last window trim to complete.

We added 4" of foam over the existing stucco surface than finished over the foam with a base coat and a textured and colored synthetic finish coat. This added about an R-16 to the house walls and so far is making a difference on the cooling of the house.

We added a few lights to the front of the garage for looks and illumination of the driveway.

We still have caulking to do around the windows and the base at the back of the house. Maybe for once we can actually have a completed project at this house.

This photo shows what is looks like from the street. Much better than the grafitti house with stucco holes. Not only do we have the best looking yard (copied by some down the street), we now have the best looking house on the street!
